Classic Motor Show Returns to Knebworth Park this August Bank Holiday

Knebworth Park’s much-loved Classic Motor Show is back this August Bank Holiday, taking place on Sunday 30th and Monday 31st August. A staple event for families and car lovers across Hertfordshire and beyond, the show promises two days packed with automotive excitement and family fun.

This year’s event features impressive static displays of vintage and classic vehicles, including saloons, sports cars, American models, commercials, military vehicles, and classic motorcycles. The show arena will host parades throughout the day, offering a chance to see these iconic machines in motion.

A highlight of the event, the ‘Decibel Duel’, returns to the live arena where engines roar and the loudest vehicle of the show is crowned. Meanwhile, expert judges will be on hand to choose category winners, with the awards ceremony taking place at approximately 3pm each day.

Beyond the motors, the Classic Motor Show is a full day out for the family. Soak in the atmosphere with live vintage music and a DJ spinning classic hits from the 50s, 60s, and 70s. There will also be an array of shopping stalls to explore throughout the day.

Your ticket also includes entry to Knebworth Gardens, Park, the Adventure Playground, Fort Knebworth, and the Dinosaur Trail, making it a fantastic value day out.

Visitors can refuel at the Garden Terrace Tea Room or Fort Knebworth Kiosk, with a tempting selection of lunch options, drinks, and cakes.

Ticket prices start from £13.60 per person, with family tickets (for four) available at £50.75. Children under 3 go free. Book online here for discounted rates. Full price tickets will also be available on the day at the gate. The event is free for Season Ticket holders.

Please note: Last admission is at 2pm, and the show concludes at 4pm
