It is with sadness that we announce Christine (Chryssie) Elizabeth Stucley Lytton Cobbold, 2nd Baroness Cobbold, has passed away at the age of 83.
Chryssie died peacefully at home on Sunday 7th April 2024 surrounded by her family.
Chryssie’s life and work will be remembered and cherished through the generations at the Hertfordshire home that she and her husband David worked tirelessly to preserve, Knebworth House.
She is survived by the six children she raised and sixteen grandchildren.
