The Magic of Autumn at Knebworth Gardens
Dates: 24th – 30th October 2026
Autumn brings a spectacular splash of colour to the Formal Gardens at Knebworth House. Take a stroll through the gardens and enjoy the changing shades of colour, while little adventurers can take part in a Magical Autumn Trail.
With five challenges to complete, children can explore the gardens, get creative and discover the wonders of the season. Complete them all to earn your very own wizard title – Keeper of Autumn! Book your tickets here.
Hertfordshire Half Marathon & 10K
Date: Sunday 1st November 2026
Lace up for the return of this much-loved event, supporting Garden House Hospice Care. The route begins and ends at Knebworth House, with scenic closed-road countryside paths.

Knebworth Christmas Fair
Dates: 27th – 29th November 2026
Times: 9:30am–4:00pm (9:30am–10:00am for Premium ticket holders)
Get into the festive spirit at the region’s biggest Christmas shopping event. Discover over 250 stalls offering gifts, homeware, seasonal treats, and artisan goodies, all under the stunning barns and marquees at Knebworth House.

A Christmas Carol
Dates: 18th & 19th December 2026
Step into the historic Banqueting Hall at Knebworth House, where Charles Dickens himself once performed, for a heart-warming live reading of A Christmas Carol by The Living Theatre. Your ticket includes a festive mulled wine or apple juice, and a delicious Christmas biscuit, served during the interval alongside Christmas carols performed by the Positif Chamber Choir.

Simply at Christmas
Date: Sunday 20th December 2026
Celebrate the festive season in the beautiful Jacobean Banqueting Hall at Knebworth House, with an enchanting afternoon of music from the exceptional Oliver Darley and musician Chad Lelong. Your ticket includes a festive mulled wine or apple juice, and a delicious Christmas biscuit.
