Exciting news! Following on from the successful launch of Gardener’s Cottage last year, we are delighted to announce the expansion of our holiday accommodation offering with two charming character properties – North Lodge North and North Lodge South.
The Lodges are a semi-detached gothic former Gate House establishing the entrance to Knebworth Park. These unique holiday cottages each offer 3 bedrooms alongside living and dining spaces – ideal for romantic weekend breaks, relaxed family retreats or while attending one of the many exciting park events. North Lodge North sleeps up to five adults and North Lodge South up to six.
Outside there is a large garden overlooking the deer park and Adventure Playground, with easy and secure access to ample parking.
Included within your stay is free entrance to Knebworth Park, Gardens, Adventure Playground and Dinosaur Trail during open days and special events throughout the year. We also welcome well-behaved dogs who will enjoy the numerous public footpaths throughout Knebworth Park and the wider area.
If you want to venture out of the park during your visit, just a 5-minute drive nestled within Old Knebworth village is The Lytton Arms real ale pub. In the other direction is Stevenage Old Town high street which offers a broad selection of restaurants, pubs, and independent retailers.
Hertfordshire is a fantastic holiday destination, whether you’re looking for cultural escapes, fun days out, or magical memories, and is just 20 minutes from London by train. There are plenty of exciting things to do such as a visit to the Warner Bros. Studio in Watford, a wander around St Albans Cathedral, or a trip to Paradise Wildlife Park.
